End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Matheus Harders ("Licensor," "we," or "us") for the use of the Neorama Casino Tracker mobile application ("App").

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transfer your license to any third party
• Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, user interface, and all intellectual property rights therein, is owned by Matheus Harders. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of any data you input into the App. Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or store your personal gaming data on our servers.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may, at our discretion:

• Release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App
• Modify or discontinue features of the App
• Require you to accept updated terms for continued use

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of any information

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App, if any

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matheus Harders from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must:

• Stop using the App
• Delete all copies of the App from your devices

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Acknowledgment

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
